Viewing Login History of All Users

This section describes the procedure to display login history of all users. Up to 100 entries of login history can be displayed.

It may take some time for the login history to be updated with the most recent logins.

  1. Click "Report" and then "Login History."


  2. The login history appears.



    The following table lists the information that appears on this page.

    FIDO2 authentication can be used only for users subscribed to the Multi-Factor Authentication Option.
    Certificate UUID

    UUID of the device certificate used for login

    (Appears only if device certificate authentication is used for the authentication method)

    Device certificate authentication is only available if you have subscribed to the Multi-Factor Authentication Option.

    The device information uses a user agent of the Web browser.

    Accurate OS information and version may not be displayed depending on the specifications of the OS and/or Web browser you use.

    [ Note ]

    Because the user agent information of Windows 11 is the same as that of Windows 10, "Windows 10" is displayed in the device information.

    [ Reference ]Detecting Changes in Devices

    When the device may have changed, the fingerprint value for the device changes, and the "" icon appears.

    A change in device is detected in the following circumstances.

    • A device different from the last login was used to login, and multiple devices use the same client certificate.
    • Device browser or OS was updated.
    • Some browser settings, such as the time zone, or browser plug-ins have been changed.
    • Display resolution was changed.
    • Etc.
