Description
Failed to connect with Active Directory (LDAP server).
Support
Confirm that the following parameters are configured correctly in the config.yml and secret.yml configuration files.
- ad.ldap.server.user (config.yml)
- ad.ldap.base_dn (config.yml)
- ad.ldap.server.password (secret.yml)
Confirm that the Active Directory/LDAP servers are operating properly.
When an LDAPS connection is enabled, check that LDAPS is correctly configured in Active Directory.
