Retreived user from Active Directory/LDAP Server can not saved to cache.

Description

Failed to write user information in the cache.

Cause

The cause could be any of the following reasons.

  • Operators of Directory Sync do not have a write privilege
  • Because Directory Sync has been executed by a different user, cache data whose owner is the different user already exists
Support

Check the following.

  • Check whether a write privilege of users executed by Directory Sync is configured correctly
  • Execute recovery_mode_dry_run.bat as a user who has a write privilege
    If Directory Sync has been executed by a different user, the cache data will be deleted by executing recovery_mode_dry_run.bat as a user who has a write privilege.
