Event ID: 12808 SCIM response error.　

1.The access token is incorrect or has expired.
Phenomenon

The following event is output to Event Viewer.

Description

The access token is incorrect or has expired.

Support

Check whether the access token is a correct one.

Also check whether the access token has expired.

2.The root certificate may be old.

Description

You need to upgrade Directory Sync to the latest version or update the root certificate.

Support

If you are using Directory Sync whose version is earlier than Ver3.0, refer to "Update Procedure" to upgrade Directory Sync to the latest version or refer to "Directory Sync / Password Syncでサーバ証明書の変更に対応したい" (Japanese Only) to update the root certificate.

Also check whether the access token has expired.
