The restrictions in this service are as follows.

• To use APIs provided by the IIJ DNS Platform Service, you need to sign up for the IIJ ID Service separately.
• The notification function provided by the IIJ DNS Platform Service and IIJ DNS Traffic Management Service does not guarantee undelayed notification.
• If QPS exceeds the contract value, you may need additional QPS contract. Our sales representative will contact such customers. If you do not sign up for additional QPS contract, IIJ may impose restrictions on your QPS.
• IIJ does not guarantee that the IP address of the managed DNS server that is assigned to each IIJ Managed DNS Service contract is unalterable. The global IP address is subject to change without notice according to the change of provision content of this service.
• In this service, multiple customers are to share the service equipment. If IIJ assesses the possibility of impact of a customer’s usage on other customers, IIJ may limit available services to the customer in such a manner as to stop part or all of the services.
• This service is a best-effort type service and does not guarantee the service response performance. However, the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the premium plan is 100%.
