SmartKey Authentication | Authentication method that uses IIJ SmartKey app. Slide authentication or authentication using a time-based one-time password can be used. |
SPNEGO authentication | Authentication method that uses authentication information of Active Directory accounts. A user who has logged on to an Active Directory environment no longer needs to be reauthenticated by IIJ ID. |
Client Certificate (Device Certificate) | A digital certificate that ensures a user’s credibility. Access is permitted only from devices on which a certificate has been installed. |
Single Sign-on (SSO) | Method that allows users to log in to federated services with a single authentication |
Multi-factor Authentication | Authentication method that uses multiple different factors |
Integrated Windows Authentication | Authentication method that uses Windows accounts managed by Active Directory. A user who has logged on to an Active Directory environment can log in to the IIJ ID Service and federated services without reauthentication. |
Email One-time Password Authentication | Authentication method with which a user receives a password which can be used only once and then enters it |
One-time Password | Method that prevents unauthorized logins by entering a disposable one-time password in addition to the password when logging in |
