“Invalidate Mail” makes all file attachments inaccessible. You may also selectively delete a portion of the multiple file attachments.

1. Click “Valid Mail” tab.
   
   
   “Mail List” page appears.
   Click the “Subject” of the mail which you wish to delete the file attachments. 
   
   
   

2. “Mail Details” page appears.
   From a list of the file attachments, select the ones you wish to delete and click “Delete file attachment”.
   
   
   
3. “Confirm delete file attachment” page appears.
   Clicking “Delete file attachment” deletes the file attachments selected.
   
   
   
4. “Delete file attachment completed” page displays.
   Clicking “Back to Mail Details” returns you to the “Mail List” page.
