Bulk Change Group Members

  1. On the "Manage/View" menu, click "Manage ProjectMember/Manage Group".

  2. Click "Import Members".
  3. Create a text file listing the following parameters (an account information file), and specify the location of this account information file from the "Browse" button.


    [Parameters]
    1. Group name.
    2. Account name(separated by commas when more than one is specified).

    [Example]

        administrators	user1,user2,user3,user4
        users	user5,user6,user7,user8

    Click Read.

  4. Check the accounts to be created on the Confirmation screen, and then click "Apply".
