It depends on the terms of your service contract.
The file operation screen and the new group space screen show you the amount of available disk space.

Q. Can we add more disk space?

Yes. Please use “IIJ Service Online” to add more space. Please contact the person who is in charge of the service contract.

Q. Is there size limit on a single file?

A.

Yes. The maximum size per file is limited to 2GB.

Q. Can I restrict the available capacity on a folder basis?

A.

No, you cannot.
