Use Template

Once a template is registered, it can be selected from the Compose Mail page.
You can select a template to automatically enter all the items registered in that template, eliminating the need to enter them over and over.

  1. Click "Compose Mail", and select a template.

    Click "Import Template".



  2. The values registered in the selected template are automatically entered on the "Compose Mail" page.
    Items not registered in the template are either blank or set to the values specified by the administrator.
    Following this compose the mail as normal.
