Group Set

This function is used when setting multiple groups in bulk. It is useful when you want to select groups on multiple pages.
  1. On the "Manage/View" menu, click "Manage ProjectMember/Manage Group".

  2. Select a group, and then click "Add to Group Set" on the "Selected Group Operations" drop-down list.


    • You can sort the Group Index by clicking items such as "User Group Name".
      You can also use "Search"
      to filter accounts.
    • Please refer to "Manage Group" for details on how to select multiple groups.

  3. You will revert to the Group List, so repeat the process in Step 2 to select another group.
  4. Once you have finished selecting, click the "Group Set" tab on the Group List.

  5. You can select an operation on the "Group Set Operations" drop-down list to carry out settings.
    Please refer to Step 3 of "Bulk Edit Multiple Groups" or "Delete Group" for information on subsequent procedures.


    • Group Set is a temporary setting for editing groups, and is reset after logout.
      The details set in Group Set cannot be seen by other users.
    • You can also clear the groups set under "Group Set Operations".
