Deleting and Restoring Users Pending Deletion

This section describes the procedure to delete or restore users registered in " User Pending for Deletion Management."

[ Note ]

  • Users for which the "Retention period until deletion" time has elapsed are automatically deleted from "User Pending for Deletion Management" within 24 hours. To change the "Retention period until deletion," refer to "Changing Retention Periods of Users Pending Deletion."

  • Users that have already been deleted from the list of users pending deletion cannot be restored.

Once a user has been deleted from "User Pending for Deletion Management," deprovisioning process is performed for the linked services.

A user cannot be created using the same ID as the deleted user until the deprovisioning process completes. SmartKey authentication deprovisioning takes one day to complete.(SmartKey authentication deprovisioning takes up to one day to complete.)

  1. Click "Account" and then "User Pending for Deletion Management."


  2. Place the cursor on the desired user and then click either "Delete" or "Restore."


  3. Confirm the information and then click "Delete" or "Restore."
