Configuring User Authentication via Upstream ID Providers
This section describes the procedure to enable an upstream ID provider to authenticate users.

To use an upstream ID provider to authenticate users, external synchronization information for users must be configured beforehand. Refer to "Editing Users" for more information.
- Click "System" and then "Security Settings."
- Click "Login Policy."
- Click "Add New Login Policy."
Configure the following settings and then click "Update."
Option Description Example Entry Comments Policy name Enter the name of the login policy here. Upstream ID Providers Login rule Specify the rules used for logins.
To perform upstream ID provider authentication, select "Upstream IdP."

Assigned groups Add the groups to which the login policy applies here. Group A
- Click the arrow button to change the priority of the login policy.
