When performing FIDO2 authentication, you need to use a browser that supports FIDO2 and a security key.

Browsers that support FIDO2

As of November 2020, the representative browsers that support FIDO2 include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.
Internet Explorer does not support FIDO2.

Note that FIDO2 may not be supported with the browsers mentioned above, depending on the combination with the OS environment you use.

FIDO2 security keys

Use a FIDO2-compatible security key.
Security key devices of FIDO U2F (specification earlier than FIDO2) may be used for authentication but are not supported.

When using Windows Hello, use Windows 10 (ver1903) or later.

When using iOS, use iOS 14 or later.
When using iPadOS, use iPadOS 14 or later.
