Changing Retention Periods of Users Pending Deletion

This section describes the procedure to configure the retention of users pending deletion.

Users pending deletion are deleted within 24 hours after the retention period elapses.

[ Reference ]

  • The default retention period until deletion is three days.
  • The retention period until deletion can be configured between 0 and 90 days.

  1. Click "Account" and then "User Pending for Deletion Management."


  2. Click "Retention period until deletion" and then "Edit."


  3. Configure "Retention period until deletion" and then click "Update."
