When you subscribe to Integrated Windows Authentication Option, delivery of a authentication bridge host begins.
When delivery of a authentication bridge host is completed, a notice of registration is sent to the initial administrator by email.

- If you subscribe to the Multi-Region Option, it may take more time, depending on the date of application.
