Troubleshooting Failed Jobs
The following table describes the causes of errors for each task and the corresponding troubleshooting procedure.
[ Reference ]Users must confirm and resolve errors that occur with external services (Premium Federation Option).
- If an error occurs with a request sent to an external service, a system investigation must be performed. However, IIJ cannot perform investigations or verifications regarding non-IIJ systems.
Users must verify and resolve such errors with the external service provider. - If an error occurs with an external service when the IIJ ID Service provisions ID information to external services, such as Microsoft 365, please confirm the ID is in normal state in the external service.
If a communication error occurs between the IIJ ID Service and an external service, and a system investigation must be performed on the external service, make a request to the external service provider.
