How to make inquiries

Before making an inquiry, check for items that include information you are looking for in each online manual of the IIJ ID Service first.
If it is difficult to find an answer you want in the online manual, use the following form to make an inquiry. Authentication using the master ID (SAxxxxxxx) is required.
